I am a South Tyrolean hiking guide, ultra-mountain runner and mindset coach.

In my coaching sessions and mountain adventures through the Dolomites, I will guide you to your peak form. You will become strong, focused and ready for up to 45 kilometres with thousands of metres of altitude. I will show you how to master every challenge and push your limits with ease, joy and mental strength.

My path to summit form

From injury to vision

2025 Online coaching for summiteers

With „Intuitively to the summit shape“ I am launching my online coaching especially for mountain runners who are preparing for mountain marathons.
An accompaniment with maximum depth for your physical, mental and intuitive strength.

The focus: lightness instead of pressure to perform.

2024 Guided trail running tours

I lead tours from 0 to 42 km - individual, intuitive, close to nature. Right in my home region, the South Tyrolean Dolomites, one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in the world.

As a certified hiking guide, trail runner and mountain running expert, I will show you mountain trails away from the crowds. In the midst of nature, adventure and real summit moments.

2023 Professionalisation & breakthrough

I completed my training as a certified hiking guide, was registered with the professional chamber and gained my first sponsoring partners with Salewa, Leki and Ortovox.

The breakthrough also came in sporting terms: at the Südtirol Ultra Skyrace, I completed 63 kilometres and 3,550 metres in altitude in 11 hours and 12 minutes. With my own intuitive training plan, I surprisingly ran to 8th place - fuelled by lightness, flow and countless runner's highs.

2022 First fruits with intuitive training

A 27 km trail run with 1,800 metres of climbing - hardly any preparation, but supported by my intuitive training plan. Despite muscle cramps, I achieved 9th place: not with a rigid plan, but with feeling.

Since then, muscle cramps have been a thing of the past for me.

2021 Personal training & strength

In 2021, I fully invested in my future: 1:1 personal training and strength training 2-3 times a week. I left the deficits of the last few years behind me.

The result: pull-ups with 10 kilos of extra weight, deadlifts with up to 90 kilos, participation in Spartan races and burpees for breakfast.
Continuity paid off and paved the way for my best summit form in the following years.

2020 The turning point

In 2020, I set a new course: regular strength training, targeted endurance training, regeneration, nutrition and mindset work became my cornerstones. My goal was to really understand my body and intuitively find my way to peak form.

At the same time, I completed my coaching training in Health Promotion & Prevention - a year focussing on people from an evolutionary perspective, which still forms the basis of my approach as an athlete and coach today.

2019 The break-in

The damper came in 2019: the same route as the year before, but completely unprepared mentally. After 8:41 hours, I dragged myself to the finish line exhausted. Collapsed, stopped, disappointed. At the same time, everyday office life: +10kg weight gain, hardly any muscle, lots of stress and an eating disorder.

2018 My wild start

My first mountain marathon: I was completely new to the game. A few weeks before the start, I injured myself running downhill in training and tore a fresh ligament in my lower leg. Nevertheless, I stood at the start line, battled my way through 45 kilometres & 2,863 metres of altitude in 7:11 hours and surprisingly finished 12th in my category.
